Description
The role of the Sales Administrator will be varied but responsibilities will include:- Assisting with customer enquiries regarding products.
- Processing orders, inputting information on to the system.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Allocating and dispatching goods.
- Analysis of account information and producing reports.
- Managing and prioritising orders.
- General customer service and admin support.
- Have experience in a similar role, processing orders.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work efficiently, as part of a team and autonomously.
- Have a good knowledge of all MS packages.
- Be a conscientious and organised administrator with a keen eye for details.
