Description
The role of the Sales Administrator will be varied but responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with customer enquiries regarding products.
  • Processing orders, inputting information on to the system.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Allocating and dispatching goods.
  • Analysis of account information and producing reports.
  • Managing and prioritising orders.
  • General customer service and admin support.
  • Have experience in a similar role, processing orders.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to work efficiently, as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Have a good knowledge of all MS packages.
  • Be a conscientious and organised administrator with a keen eye for details.
Our client has free on-site parking. Starting salary will be £28,000-£30,000pa, with the opportunity to increase to up to £34,000 within the role.
