Pension Services team, which sits under Reward & Pensions in HR Division, are responsible for providing an accurate, efficient, timely and confidential pension service, internally, to UCL and its employees, and externally, to the Pension Schemes provided by UCL, whilst adhering to all statutory and compliancy regulations and ensuring agreed service standards are met.


About the role:


As part of the Pension Services team, the postholder will support a professional, prompt, efficient, accurate and empathetic pension administration service in respect of all scheme members and their beneficiaries.

Including, but not limited to, new scheme member advice, AVC provision, annual and lifetime allowances, transferring benefits between schemes, calculations and information on all retirement options (including voluntary severance and redundancy), and beneficiary & death provision, as well as ensuring the accurate and timely provision of data to ensure all pension membership records for UCL employees are accurately held by the pension scheme administrators.


About you:


They will be working alongside managers to resolve issues and suggest best practice in areas requiring better focus, conveying important messages in a professional manner and the ability to bring about change.

They will have the ability to communicate, interact and engage with staff at all levels within an organisation. Someone who can work on their own initiative.
