Description

To maintain the interior and exterior of the home and grounds in a good state of repair in line with current legislation and following all Health and Safety Guidelines and Fire Safety Guidelines.

Weekly/Monthly checks. Call out. Paint and decorate areas and when required to maintain the standards of the home. Monitoring systems for waste disposal / collection, including ensuring all bins and stores are maintained to a safe level with acceptable standards of cleanliness
Further duties will be discussed at interview, general maintenance of the building

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
LTD testing twice weekly - COVID VACCINE MANDATORY

Experience:

- maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
