My client is a leading full-service law firm with offices in London and Kent well ranked in the directories.

The firm serves a wide range of clients, including private individuals, property developers, manufacturers, banks, builders and retailers, housingassociations, professional services firms, and charities and offers a supportive, diverse and dynamic culture, with opportunities for growth and flexible working arrangements.

This firm are seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor or CharteredLegal Executive, ideally with more than 5 years PQE, to join their specialist and expanding team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing quality legal advice and assistance to clients, with a focus on contentious trusts and probatedisputes, including contests of the validity of wills, inheritance disputes, trustee disputes, and estate disputes.

An understanding of tax considerations related to these matters is preferred.

The role requires the ability to effectively manage a busy caseloadwith mínimal supervision and to develop and maintain client relationships.

Enthusiasm for business development and marketing is essential.
