Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including task lists, milestones, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Track project expenses and resources, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Conduct postproject evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within the charity sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Experience in team management and the ability to motivate and lead crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
