Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including task lists, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Track project expenses and resources, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
  • Conduct postproject evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within the charity sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management.
  • Experience in team management and the ability to motivate and lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
