    Regional Sales Manager

    Covering the South West of England, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers and significantly impact their capability through coaching, development, and training.

    Your Role

    • Coach and performance manage a team of 10-12 Business Development Managers.
    • Develop your forecasting and reporting skills.
    • Recruit and build a team.
    • Establish strong relationships with peers and internal stakeholders.
    • The pace is fast; we need driven individuals who want to succeed.

    Accountabilities and Performance Measures

    You will meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives while implementing effective coaching and development of the Business Development Managers.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Proven team management experience.
    • A successful track record in sales.
    • Desirable: background in the payments industry.
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook.
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
    • Able to build rapport quickly.
    • Extensive travel required.

    What We Offer
