Our client is seeking 2x Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE each to take the next step in their commercial property career, strengthen their experience and join a busy team where you will undertake high quality work.

This positioncomes with the additional benefit of being a Legal 500 law firm who are situated on the high street close to shops and restaurants with very good transport network links.

Grant and renewal of commercial leases
Purchase and sale of investment properties
Commercial and residential development property
Landlord & tenant development work

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate solid commercial property experience complimented by strong technical and client management skills.
