Senior Care Assistant
WE ARE LOOKING FOR LOCAL PEOPLE TO WORK LOCALLY
Location:
Watford, (mainly WD19) South Oxhey, Oxhey, Carpenders Park & Bushey.
Salary:
Starting from £ paid mileage + monthly performance bonus
About you:
- Previous care experience _(minimum of 2 years is essential)_
- Car driver and access to own car (_Essential)_
- Good communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Caring and compassionate
- Flexible
- Computer literacy (_Experience with Access People Planner/Care Planner a bonus)_
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping clients to remain independent and in their own homes
- All aspects of care _including but not limited to_ personal care, medication, cleaning, cooking, dressing and emotional support.
- Providing effective leadership and support to the care team
- Conducting 6 weekly supervisions with care workers
- Updating care plans/risk assessments

Salary:
£13.00-£17.00 per hour

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
