Mon - Fri 9am-8pm AND Sat 9am-12pm (rotational shifts between these hours, 37.5hours weekly)

Customer Service Advisor - The role:
As a Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisor you'll be the very first point of contact for our customers.

You'll need lots of patience, but with your unflappable nature and personal approach, you'll calmly reassure them that you're there to help.

The satisfaction you get from solving customer enquiries is one of the main reasons our advisors love coming to work every day.

In order to be successful within this role you'll need to have:

• Must be Fluent in speaking Welsh
• Excellent listening skills and natural empathy
• Topnotch troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
• A genuine passion for customer service
• A professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation
• Resilience, understanding and patience
• Effective time management
• An openness to feedback and confidence working with others
