Posted- 18-May-2023- Service line- GWS Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Administrative, Customer Service, Facilities Management- Location(s)- Bracknell - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland- This role will be part of the account based team and have support, training, access to the UK CBRE Integrated Laboratory Solutions group network.


The role will manage, organise and implement high-quality specialist engineering and coordination support to a wide range of laboratory equipment including the supporting tasks in the lab space to drive quality and efficiency for the client's scientific staff.


Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:


  • Ensure prompt, flexible, customer focused equipment support whilst maintaining compliance with statutory, regulatory and engineering standards
  • Be a Single Point of Contact for client customer base within site laboratories to support smooth running of service requests and service delivery
  • Support all service administration tasks as per agreed service of works in collaboration with client metrology team
  • Act as part of client metrology team supporting management for calibration and send away calibrated devices, document control and verification
  • Manage and improve the service logging process and asset database
  • Create, manage and review supporting documentation e.g. service reports
  • Monitor the performance of the scientific equipment and systems using Key Performance Indicators to instigate improvements and influence changes
  • Support management of visiting onsite vendors alongside client metrology team
  • Buildup and maintain client relationships
  • Attend client meetings to review ongoing performance, areas for continual improvement
  • Support to CBRE Management Team to ensure all activities are completed

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:


  • Proven strong organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience within a technical administrative role
  • Ability to work in regulated environment and remain compliant for HSE and Quality
  • Very strong analytical skills with proven ability to break down and solve complex problems in a logical and structured approach
  • PC literate in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience within the Laboratory/Pharmaceutical sector or equivalent
  • Pharmaceutical / Regulated working background
