Sales Co-ordinator


Reports to:
Head of Sales


Job purpose:

To take responsibility for sales administration, customer enquiries and customer service. This will require the individual to be involved in the sales process from initial enquiry through to aftercare.

To understand, support and help develop organic business growth for Woolcool insulated packaging products in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

This role will also involve assisting in the management of key accounts.


This is a full-time role, for an experienced individual, with great potential for career progression, requiring energy, enthusiasm and the organisational skills needed to meet the current demands of strong growth, leading ultimately to full realisation of the Woolcool brand potential in the longer term.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Answering phone & taking new enquiries
  • Support the field account managers whilst they are out of the office visiting customers with requests to support customers such as:
  • Raising sample requests
  • Keep the company's CRM system up to date
  • Managed follows up and actions as requested
  • Assist in management of Key Accounts.
  • Prepare database lists for mailshots
  • Proactively seek potential customers
  • Support specific Sales & Marketing Projects
  • Support and develop existing and new customers through liaison with marketing, field sales and management
  • Preparing internal sales reports and client management reports

Skills required:

Energy and enthusiasm, coupled with good organisational skills, problem solving ability and the confidence to take initiatives where applicable. Dynamic and driven individual who can work efficiently under pressure and has a high capacity.

Flexibility and a willingness to evolve in the role is a must due to the fast-paced development of the company.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required along with experience working on CRM systems and Excel. To understand the company vision, it's sustainability and environmental objectives and the culture of customer service. To be prepared to fully participate in the commitment of the company to achieving these goals. Require 3-4 years' of working in a sales environment with customer service and account management experience is essential.


Starting Salary:

Based on experience but with a potential for growth.

Salary:
£16,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
