We are looking for SIA Door Supervisors to join our expanding team at major events across the Midlands and the UK.

Duties whilst on shift:

Checking a person's suitability to enter an event and refusing those that don't meet the entry criteria
Ticket validation, physical body and bag searches
Controlling access points/ exit gates and site perimeter patrolling
Responding & reporting to incidents as they occur, on occasion ejecting unsuitable individuals
Supporting customers by utilising effective customer service skills
Crowd control directing foot traffic, queue management, maintaining order, reporting antisocial behaviour.
Maintaining security by guarding property and/ or equipment

About you, what we require:

A valid indate SIA Door Supervisor licence
Have strong verbal communication skills
Excellent timekeeping
An approachable manner with superb customer facing skills
The ability to handle confrontational situations whilst remaining calm & professional at all times
Smart & Presentable
Confident
Team Player
Happy to travel for work

Important, please note:

All applicants will be screened in accordance with BS7858 standards. Security screening is a requirement of the post and applicants must provide a full checkable 5-year work/ school history. You must also hold a valid SIA licence.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
