Customer Service Advisor, Bournemouth, £22,000, month FTC)

The purpose of this role:


Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor, someone who can provide an outstanding service to their customers before, during and after purchase of their security software.

The role is seen as a steppingstone into the sales team, as the companyprovide a great environment to develop and encourage internal progression.


As Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with resellers, helping with sign-ups, quoting, processing orders and renewal calls.
  • Identifying prospective resellers, whilst passing calls from larger resellers through to Account Managers.
  • Providing quotations and trials to home users.
  • Processing orders and taking payments from customers.
  • Making outbound courtesy calls to existing end users.
  • General administrative office tasks.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills & experience:

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to manage high call volumes and cope well under pressure.
  • Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
