About us
We are an independent British brand, manufacturing headwear and more recently fashion workwear.

Our ecommerce business (along side our bricks and mortar shops) is established and we want to push to the next level of growth potential.

Our team is small and friendly, in our rural East Hertfordshire office. This person will work alongside our Social Media content creator, and Website Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Increase conversion rates and revenue on our websites.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Liaise with content creator to co ordinate campaigns and promotions
  • Liaise with website manager on usability and SEO.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends in digital marketing, and fashion search words.
  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns.
Must have UK work permit - and be available for an in-person interview. Fluent English is a requirement.


Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Ware: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
