Job Introduction

Can you inspire and motivate a team to deliver customer service excellence, ensuring suppliers are paid promptly and accurately? If this sounds like you and you have experience working in Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay (P2P) you may be suited to this role.

The Procure to Pay (P2P) Team Leader role sits within the Accounts Receivable and Procure to Pay Team who are part of the Business Administration Service and are responsible for the raising of all customer invoices and the payment of suppliers for good, works and services.

As Procure to Pay (P2P) Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting the Procure to Pay Manager in leading and shaping the County Council's strategic direction together with governance and administration responsibilities relating to the management and processing of financial transactions for the payment of suppliers.

Have knowledge and experience of Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay (P2P)
Are able to build good working relationships
Have the ability to lead a team
Are able to organise and prioritise work effectively to meet tight deadlines
Can work under own initiative with very limited supervision.
Have a proactive and flexible approach to work

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
