Administrative Assistant Case Coordinator.

Liverpool City Centre


Our client delivers a vast range of treatment and diagnostic services, including physical, psychological and hospital via their pool of over 5000 clinicians in the UK.

We enable our clients to achieve faster return to function outcomes, reduced pain and suffering and better quality of life post-injury


Day to Day


You will be responding to enquiries from solicitors, employers, and health care providers, as well as the Injured Party themselves.

In addition to the above you will carry out general admin duties.

Your Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly organised and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (to include effective telephony skills).
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Use of administrative systems and able to maintain recording systems.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,600.00-£21,500.00 per year
