Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of our Group Change Office to help coordinate all change activity right across the Group. You will ensure that all change activity adheres to the project framework by working with the appropriate change heads across the business.
  • You will help identify risks/issues across the portfolio and assist in looking for ways to mitigate
  • You will create key management information and executive packs for reporting to Senior Management
  • You will be the first point of contact across the Group for all change, providing advice on appropriate course of action
  • Maintain repository of project artefacts/templates
  • Provide support and guidance to the business on all aspects of Change Management matters and respond expediently as they arise;
  • Assist the various teams in the project reporting lifecycle;
  • Look at existing processes and consider ways to improve
  • Organise meetings and produce accurate minutes/actions
Role Requirements

  • Excellent Microsoft product skills, particularly Excel (Pivot table and good analysis skills) and PowerPoint
  • Process orientated and good process mapping tools e.g. Visio;
  • Good organisational, written and verbal communication skills;
  • PMO / Change Office background;
  • Proactive and ability to work on own initiative;
  • Ability to assimilate large volume of information and create summary packs for Senior Management;
  • Experience within Financial Services / Life and/or Re-Insurance would be an advantage.
