The company is looking for an experienced C1 driver, preferably with other skills which could be utilised in a warehouse environment such as a forklifting license or general warehouse skills.
The role will require operation of a 7.5 tonne truck to occasionally transport goods from one of our warehouses to another, both located within the Nursling Industrial Estate.
Duties
- Transportation of goods to and from both our sites in Nursling Industrial Estate when required for the business needs.
- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager to ensure a steady flow of stock.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure efficient unloading and loading.
- Assisting with warehouse operations when needed for the business.
Essential
- C1 License
- Strong communication skills
- Import/Export knowledge or experience
Contracted to 39.
5 hours per week:
Monday: 07:30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 08:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 08:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 9:00 - 12:00pm _(once per fortnight)_
20 days Annual Leave, plus 8 bank holidays
