What is the role?


We are currently seeking an Operations Executive to support our operations team in developing and adopting operational excellence within the EMEA network, specifically in the UK.


As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving processes for key EMEA and UK clients such as easyJet, Karo, SCJ, CBRE, Bridgestone, Discovery+, Aon, Virgin Money, Govia Thameslink, Smart Energy, National Express, TalkTalk, Britvic and News UK.

You will maximize ways of working and efficiencies in time and resources while supporting the development of clear training guides.


In addition, you will support the maintenance of key digital platforms, including planning, reporting, finance, and more, to improve data structure and accuracy and incorporate automation of repetitive tasks.

As a key member of the operations team, you will work with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and develop potential solutions to improve ways of working.

The operations team is a core service within the agency, that provides effective solutions designed to drive efficiencies in the way we work.

Bringing the best processes, tools and systems to allow us to go Further Faster for our people and clients.


What will be your responsibilities?
Learning and discovery

  • Immerse yourself and become familiar with the ways of working and outputs of a media agency
  • Leverage key training resources to quickly feel comfortable talking about key agency processes and platforms
