We are looking for talented painter and decorator to join our team working out of our office in Bath covering our property portfolio across mainly Bath and surrounding areas including Bristol.

Bath and Bristol Property Maintenance, an established small business in the Bath and Bristol area, are looking for someone who is experienced, as we look after over 500 complex's within a 20 mile radius of Bath.

• Providing high standards of painting and decorating.
• Wallpapering
• Exterior and interior painting and decorating.
• Company pension scheme

• Strong understanding of risk assessments
• Ability to determine the most costeffective solutions to repairs without sacrificing on quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Be confident and comfortable in using technology to communicate
• Have excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work at heights is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on own initiative and work in a small team, but complete tasks on your own
• The work is varied and will involve moving around from property to property so a full driving licence is essential.
