About Our Client:

The main responsibilities of the Administrator are:

  • General administrative support to the wider office
  • Check and process all tenancy changeovers for pubs
  • Raising PO's and distributing reports internally
  • Sending meeting notes to clients
  • Setting up new accounts on the system
  • Arranging inventories/valuations
  • Deal with incoming post and general correspondence

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Administrator will posses:

  • Experience within Administration
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Word, Excel and Outlook skills is essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual
