Part-time Workforce Planner / Resource Planner
London / Oxford

Our client is a leading management economics consultancy that is growing rapidly and has created a new opportunity for an experienced Resource or Workforce planner to oversee the allocations of international teams of consultants.

Their clients range from government bodies through to multinationals and their expertise enables them to compete and win business across a range of sectors and industries such as Energy, Financial Services and Commercial Disputes.

Working the equivalent of a 3-day week (.

6), the Workforce / Resource Planner will lead on the operation and optimisation of resourcing across all their jurisdictions, ensuring that:

they have the right people on the right projects at the right time;
that there is balance in supply and demand;
they have an appropriate level of 'talent agility'.

Working with key stakeholders, the Resource Manager will manage any resource challenges that may affect the business over the forthcoming year aligning solutions with the culture and enabling our client to deliver on their strategy.

You will work closely withthe Project managers based across Europe and analyse the levels of teams needed to deliver the client outputs.

The Resource Manager will also support the Head of HR with more strategic resourcing decisions.

You will either be based from one of the UK offices, potentially from a European hub and there is flexibility, for the right person, to work fully remotely.

Fluency in another European language is a bonus.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leader in this sector and collaborate with senior level stakeholders making an impact around resourcing, talent agility and workforce planning.

Salary is dependent on experience.
