Basic £23,795 plus Overtime

N&B Foods Ltd supply fast-food outlets across Southern England and Wales with the essential frozen, chilled and ambient products they need to make your next takeaway.

We are looking for a new Customer Collections Operative at our Swindon Depot with previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the collections counter, making sure customers are aware of promotions, receive the best service and sales targets are achieved.

Duties will include**:

Taking Customer Orders** in person and occasionally over the phone, preparing invoices and pick lists.

- Taking Payment - securely and accurately collecting payments, predominately via cash & card.

- Order Picking- You will be required to roll up your sleeves and help the order pickers make up customer orders.

You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and determined individual, with natural customer focus that you've developed in a previous role.

You will also have good numeracy skills, basic IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft 365 suite.

Having a full driving license and use of own car is an advantage but not necessary.

The ability to speak Turkish or Hindi is essential._

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday. You will receive 28 days holiday per year, and auto-enroll on company pension.
