Overview:
Join RJ4All as a Community Football Coach and inspire young people aged 16-24 to reach their full potential on and off the field.
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for football and coaching to lead our team to success as we enter a new project, Kick Out Bias, a youth-led free LGBTQ+ football programme consisting of one training session and one competitive/game session each month from May up until August.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance players' skills and performance.
- Plan and conduct engaging practice sessions focusing on teamwork, strategy, and skill development.
- Provide constructive feedback to players providing them with tips on how they can improve.
- Educate players on game strategies, rules, and sportsmanship.
- Motivate and mentor athletes to foster a positive team environment.
- Collaborate with RJ4All team to coordinate training sessions.
Skills:
- Proven experience in coaching football or relevant sports coaching experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
- Indepth knowledge of football techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire athletes towards achieving their goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with players, coaching staff, and parents for the overall success of the team.
Other Essential:
- A commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports and football, and ability to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
- An up to date enhanced DBS
- Ability to travel to the SE16 postcode to deliver sessions in Southwark Park.

Pay:
£15.00-£35.00 per hour
