Overview:
DBS required as you will be working with elderly people.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and physical activities
- Help in the implementation of individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous
- Ability to drive to facilitate resident transportation is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with care plans and procedures is a plus
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
Up to £11.50 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
