**JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

  • Travel and Events industry**

LOCATION:
Woolwich





HOURS:
Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm





SALARY:
£25,000- £28,000 per annum depending on experience

OFFICE BASED 5 x days a week

To be successful in this role, you will be or have;

  • Work experience in the Travel sector is highly beneficial
  • Degree level or equivalent in Travel/ Event Management
  • Super organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Confident over the phone
  • Computer literate with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM systems
  • Immediate availability is preferential
  • Enthusiastic with great attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the endtoend customer journey runs smoothly
  • Overseeing social media and updating online registration forms
  • Inputting personal information into the system and ensuring the CRM is up to date
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Changing or amending bookings
  • Liaising with other team members to deliver events smoothly
