**JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator- Travel and Events industry**
LOCATION:
Woolwich
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm
SALARY:
£25,000- £28,000 per annum depending on experience

OFFICE BASED 5 x days a week
To be successful in this role, you will be or have;
- Work experience in the Travel sector is highly beneficial
- Degree level or equivalent in Travel/ Event Management
- Super organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Confident over the phone
- Computer literate with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM systems
- Immediate availability is preferential
- Enthusiastic with great attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the endtoend customer journey runs smoothly
- Overseeing social media and updating online registration forms
- Inputting personal information into the system and ensuring the CRM is up to date
- Creating and sending invoices
- Changing or amending bookings
- Liaising with other team members to deliver events smoothly
