A critical role in providing a responsive, effective, and efficient HR Operation and HRIS (Sage People) service to our Employees and Managers

  • Reporting to the Head of Global HR Operations and HRIS Manager and joining a friendly global team, who are committed to making positive change in how we use our tool and resources to enable our colleagues to flourish.
  • To provide an excellent, customer centric HR service delivery to employees, managers, and HR Team colleagues globally, covering all aspects of the employee life cycle.

What you'll be doing:


  • Act as first point of contact for all HRIS and HR Operations related queries within our HR Helpdesk
  • Provide a 1st class global HR service to the organization ensuring internal SLAs are met.
  • Day to day management of the HRIS to maintain the access and functionality required by all system users.
  • Accuracy and integrity of all data entered, managed and extracted from HRIS by following strict data governance protocol.
  • Maintain our data accuracy and manage Reporting and Dashboards.
  • Providing technical guidance and direction to members of the HR Team and where relevant the wider organization on how to use the HRIS.
  • Prepare, maintain, and run standard reports in line with ongoing end user needs from multiple departments within the organization.
  • Execution of general administration tasks pertaining to HR Operations and Systems management.

What experience are we looking for:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of HR processes
  • Previous experience working in a global organization
  • Experience using Sage People (or another HR Information System) required
  • Strong service orientation with a high sense of ownership, accountability and execution excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
  • The ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
