We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Loughton Contact Centre. You will assist in providing a high-quality service for our customers and gain great exposure to our brand. This role is offered on a full time and permanent basis.

What will I do on a daily basis?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be representing both Marshall Motor Group and our BMW division.

  • Answer all incoming calls from customers wanting to book vehicles in for service/MOT/Repair
  • Assisting the needs of the customer
  • Maximising Workshop bookings through objection handling/meeting customer requests
  • Building positive relationships with customers
  • Capturing customer detail, GDPR preferences
  • Sales through customer service

Is training provided?


We believe in the importance of developing our people and will invest in you and your career should you demonstrate the desire and determination to progress.


Training will take place in our dealership on a 1-2-1 basis, then mentoring support throughout your first month of starting the role.

You will be shown and have use of all live systems and have total visibility of the customer's Aftersales journey in order to understand the importance this role has within our business.
