The Diabetes Territory Business Manager (TBM) will be responsible for managing the business for key accounts within their territory. TBMs will lead on local account planning across priority hospital accounts and the overarching ICS structure.

They will use ICS, account, and customer insight to develop and execute a local account strategy which maximises business potential from launch using a range of engagement channels, aligned with overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop critical business relationships with key diabetes customers in both Primary and Secondary care accounts to sell the relevant products from the company's diabetes product portfolio.
  • Identify, map, network and influence key targets within the NHS.
  • Identify and prioritise potential opportunities in each account across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with team colleagues, including medical and brand teams.
  • Attend key regional & national meetings.
  • Develop and run specific business and training initiatives to address customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of disease area, products and competitors.
Essential Skills

  • Currently or have been in a role where you have had to negotiate of persuade.
  • Demonstrated collaboration within teams and across different functions within an organisation.
  • Ability to prioritise work to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of selfawareness.
