Description
This role is reporting to the Head of Finance; the Data Input Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of Data Input, including batch preparation and input for Charity & Trading.
Some duties include:
Accurately input prepped income in BATCHES of cash/cheques and credit card into SAGE, Liaise with Trading Manager with regards to any out of stock items, Open post, prepare & sort batches, Input Trading income, Follow up queries, filecompleted work away, pass donation information to relevant members to prepare thank you letters.
Experience required:
Previous Data Entry role, handling important data from paper files or spreadsheets and transferring accurately, Handling sensitive & confidential data.
This is a temp role for 2 months to start ASAP. Hours of work are 8:30 - 16:30, Monday - Friday.More jobs from Reed Business Support
