The Role:

DHI is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Income Generation to lead our fundraising efforts and transformative initiatives.

You will be responsible for delivering the income generation and fundraising strategy, and comprehensive operational plan, with a focus on securing funding from Trusts, Grant Giving Bodies, and other voluntary income sources.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring efficient and effective income generation practices that maximize our return on investment.

With a hands-on approach to the implementation of new income generation initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness, and nurturing relationships with our key supporters.

You'll be accountable for providing meaningful and transparent reporting to funders, setting, monitoring, and delivering against income targets and budget forecasts alongside supporting the creation of funding opportunities that align with our strategy.
