We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Training Administrator to join a well-established and reputable organisation, Make UK.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the client feedback and follow up process for consultancy and training (Learning and Development).
- Supporting the Senior L&D Consultant with scheduling training reviews, managing the training material updates and associated trackers.
- Supporting the management of learning and development from sales processing to delivery arrangements.
- Working with the HR & Legal Commercial Coordinator to proactively contact clients based on previous work delivered.
- Managing the Associates in relation to set up, documentation and client work tracking.
- Supporting the invoicing process as cover and relief for the team.
To be suitable for this opportunity; the following experience is required:
- Previous administration experience essential
- Proactive, confident and selfsufficient
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident speaking with clients and colleagues alike
Desirable but not essential_
- Previous learning and development experience
- Customer care and/or client relationship experience
- HR and/or Employment Law administrative experience
