Description
This is a long term contract role working both inside and outside IR35.


This is an exciting contract position whereby you'll be performing as a Data Engineer, delivering services for a prestigious financial company based in London.


This particular project requires you to be an experienced Data Engineer with extensive experience building a platform from an on-prem warehouse.


The Role:

As a Data Engineer, you will have autonomy over your deliverable but day-to-day would be expected too:

  • Identifying state-of-the-art data technical tools that would increase efficiency in automating and integrating different processes.
  • Allow you to create a groupwide Analytics Data Warehouse
  • Crossfunctional collaboration with the data analytics and data science team.
  • Managing the endtoend life cycle of their data.
  • Restructuring and maintaining their data lakes and pipeline.

Your Skills & Experience:


  • Strong Python Skills
  • Expertise in data virtualization and APIs
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools
  • Terraform
  • AWS Data Engineering tools
  • Experience writing ETL and creating data models
