Teaching Assistant - Hounslow

Are you looking for a role as a Teaching Assistant? Excited to start a new position supporting children with all aspects of their learning and personal development? Live within the Hounslow area?


To be considered for this position, you will need to have previous experience with children in some capacity and be comfortable in an active role as there is a high chance you will be mobile for much of the day which is expected of anyone keen to build a long term career in education.


The Role:


  • Support students with their learning as a Teaching Assistant
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment as a Teaching Assistant
  • Work with children 1:1 and groups of SEN children on a daily basis
  • Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Teaching Assistant
  • Ensure safety for pupils in and out of class as a Teaching Assistant

Requirements:


  • Available for an immediate start
  • Recent experience working with children in some capacity is essential where a reference can be obtained
  • Willingness to support SEN children as a Teaching Assistant
  • Passion for working with children as a Teaching Assistant
  • Live local to Hounslow or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
