Newham Recovery College is seeking to recruit a Peer Tutor and Individual Learning Plan (ILP) Lead to join our brand new team.

If you have lived experience of mental health difficulties and are passionate about education and shared experiences then this role is for you


The Recovery College Peer Tutor and ILP Lead will work closely with the Recovery College Manager to support the development and delivery of high quality courses and the ILP process.


The Recovery College Peer Tutor and ILP Lead will work closely with the Recovery College Manager to support the development and delivery of high quality courses and will ensure that paid and volunteer Peer Tutors are supported and developed in their roles.

They will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Individual Learning Plan process.
