About This Team

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the benefits strategy for regions/ countries in partnership with HR and regional leadership.
  • Review and recommend changes and updates to align with the benefits strategy and best practices
  • Manage the renewal process across all countries so that deadlines are met
  • Lead relationships with brokers and vendors at a regional level
  • Support international pooling partners to maximize pooling synergies and optimization.
  • Conducts budgeting and financial analysis of employee benefits programs. Monitors high cost claims, targets problem claim areas. Ensure adequate estimates, forecasts, and calculations of expenditures in benefits for budget planning and tracking.
  • Partners with wellbeing manager to support disease management and wellness programs as well as analyze effectiveness of programs and research/recommend new initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with governmental regulations related to benefit programs and labor law. This includes required testing, audits, SOX compliance and government filings.
  • Supports M&A activity including analysis, strategy recommendation and implementations.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with an HR emphasis and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive related benefit experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Good knowledge of the European Regulations and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of international retirement plan market from design, implementation, and governance.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills while working closely with regional and global teams.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships across different global business areas
