Sales Coordinator - Sheffield - £25,000 - £28,000


Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a successful, global industry leading business in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join the team.

As Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage inbound sales activities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships within the company CRM system.


This is a great opportunity to join a market leading organisation, who has plans to double their customer base within the next three years.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and provide professional and courteous customer service
  • Actively download leads manage efficiently, ensuring accurate and uptodate information and timely followup
  • Conduct thorough research on companies before engaging with potential customers
  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries received through web forms promptly
  • Utilise the CRM system to input, update, and maintain customer data and sales activities
  • Book appointments with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with comprehensive and accurate lead information and ensure a smooth handover process
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and market activities to enhance sales strategies and approaches

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Relevant experience within a similar role
  • Effectively manage and maintain data
  • Previous experience within manufacturing or engineering industries (desirable)
  • Driven, passionate, "can do attitude" and a "selfstarter"
  • Commercial acumen
