Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Manager in Gatwick, Sussex on a Full Time Permanent basis.

The Clinical Manager will provide leadership and support to the clinical team in line with contractual requirements, deliveringa High-quality Occupational Health Service.

What you'll be doing:

You will act autonomously as a clinical lead providing and supporting best practice in treatment and OH services. Whilst also managing your own clinical work.
Working closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders, attending daily and weekly site operations meetings presenting clinical updates and working with the account manager to maintain budgets and stay within forecasts.
Support the recruitment, selection and induction of multidisciplinary team, ensuring staff are suitably qualified, trained and inducted
You will manage a small team of 1 Physiotherapist, 1 Occupational Health Advisor and 1 Occupational Health Technician
