Responsibilities:


This Senior Operations Manager will oversee the numerous Broker dealer related processes and functionality across both Primary and secondary markets.

In addition to this, but not limited to, fails management, reconciliations, buy-ins, fixed income & equitysettlements, re-alignment services, security and cash position breaks, asset segregation processing, client money protection, and asset servicing oversight.

The EMEA Business is very much in a growth phase with a focus on secured funding including productssuch Repo, Agented Repo and Tri-Party.

Other concepts include working knowledge of SWIFT and corresponding settlement and payment messages as well as familiarity with funds transfer and overall money movements.

They will be expected to coordinate with frontoffice sales, trading, legal, documentation, compliance, finance, technology, external vendors and various other operational groups.

This Manger position will also be involved in large scale projects around Broadridge, exposure to this platform and its infrastructureis very important.

This senior position requires regular interaction with the Global Security Operations management Team and the Global Head of CIB Security Operations.


Skills/Experience Required:


  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking in Senior audiences.
  • Extensive experience of working in a Settlement area/environment.
  • An excellent understanding of life cycle knowledge of Cash Securities
  • Understanding of New Issue flows and processing.
  • Good Settlement knowledge across DTC, Fed, E/C, Clearstream and domestic clearing.
  • Strong Analytical with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, be deadline oriented and be productive under pressure.
  • Experience of working with colleagues based in multiple locations globally.
  • Understanding of CSDR.
  • Excellent experience of Broadridge infrastructure/architecture.
  • Experience on working on multiyear high profile projects.
  • Management experience and comfortable
- dealing with cross-regional Teams.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid Office/WFH model.
