LHH Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Oxford, due to continued growth they are looking to recruit Finance System Analyst on a full-time permanent basis.


The role is offering a competitive salary between
£35,000 - £37,000 p/a dependant on skills and previous experience, operating a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support for a number of financial duties, including month end close, annual activities and the use of SAP S/4Hana, BW and other financial associated systems
  • Provide support for S4Hana on data interface and reconciliations
  • Triage with the business and with IT / Support/ BASIS teams for errors and for requesting manual tasks and problem resolution being the central point of resolving issues
  • Oversee access rights of new/left users to relevant systems
  • Manage the daily controls reports, investigate the reasons for differences, and work with IT to resolve problems
  • Maintain the chart of accounts (Inc. Creating new accounts, cost centres, profit centres, etc, ensuring changes are authorised and documented)
  • Management of monthend closing activities SAP S/4HANA (Cock pit)
  • Management of S/4HANA allocation tables for planning / reporting
  • Approve and own change requests for configuration changes to S/4HANA
  • Approve and own change requests for new and updates to existing SAP BW queries, reports, and input templates
  • Management of fiscal year closing activities for FP&A
  • Maintain SAP Master Data, manage Mapping tables
  • Support Internal and external audit requests

You'll be someone who is committed to continuous improvement and who is very comfortable with different financial systems.

To be successful in this role you will also need:


  • A personable, friendly approach with the customer (i.e internal stakeholders)
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Experience using Excel at a high level
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar financial systems

Desirable:

  • SAP S/4HANA knowledge/experience
  • AAT qualified
