BOS Aerospace (BOSA) is part of FEAM Maintenance Engineering, a leading MRO provider of Aircraft Line and Aircraft Component Maintenance in the U.S.

and Europe.


Due to our continued growth, we have an opening for an experienced Stores Operative to work within our Handforth-based Aircraft Component Maintenance division.

Duties include:


  • Booking repair orders
  • Acceptance and booking of supplier deliveries
  • Ensuring the stock database is accurate and regularly maintained through stock takes
  • Quality control of items purchased match business requirements.
  • Providing all trace documentation is received and filed correctly.
  • Ability to monitor delivery schedules and personal forecasting workload.
  • Organising the collection and dispatch of deliveries to meet customers' deadlines
  • Resolve delivery issues raised by liaising with suppliers and customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Completion of dispatch paperwork and booking collections with customers' couriers.
  • Good time keeping adhering to project deadlines.
  • Take a proactive approach to ensure best practice is maintained and built upon daily.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties that are required when necessary

What we look for:


  • Experience within a stores admin based role.
  • Firstclass attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to process orders at a consistently good speed.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good knowledge of English, both Verbal and Written
  • Ability to understand complex tasks, written or verbal and perform properly
  • A team player with solid communication skills
  • Eager to learn, follow instructions, and keen on maximising efficiency.
  • Good knowledge of HSE legislation and reliability are paramount in your daily work routine.
  • Must hold a clean License

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
