Job Summary:
- Work towards achieving individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Networking, researching, and developing new sales opportunities.
- Site surveys to establish risk and present sustainable solutions that offer high value.
- Negotiate strong commercial deals and longterm contractual relationships.
- Develop strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure they're well protected at every stage of their business lifecycles.
- To manage continual improvement in the key areas of sales, profitability, and chargeable extras.
- Work with your colleagues to outline and deliver best practice.
- Plan and manage your own schedule.
- Produce quotes, survey instructions and reports.
- Liaising with service staff to arrange for works to be facilitated.
- Provide follow up visits to new clients.

What we are looking for:
- Experience in the pest control industry (essential)
- Knowledge of pest control practices, risks, and sustainable solutions.
- Experienced in networking, developing referrals, making nextdoorcalls for new business.
- Proficient in generating accurate quotes, instructions, and reports.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs (essential)
- Highly motivated individual who thrives on finding & developing new business opportunities and working with customers.
- Demonstrable experience of building good professional relationships with customers, prospective customers & colleagues alike (essential).
- An organised selfstarter (essential).
- Results driven individual who can work on their own initiative as well as lead a team (essential).
- Adaptable, strong communicator who is resilient (essential).
- Computer literate, with experience of using CRM systems (essential).
- Analytical with experience of reporting (essential).
- Comfortable with researching markets and sectors (essential).
- Full clean UK driving licence (essential).
