Clinical Negligence Lawyer is required by this boutique, reputable practice in Stockport. The role would suit either an experienced solicitor or CILEx lawyer.

Role Overview
This is a fee earner role where you will have some experience in clinical negligence cases. You will manage your own caseload working under the head of department available with support available where needed.

The firm is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate:

You will have experience of running a clinical negligence caseload and a good understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases.
As a guide our client would expect this role to be suitable for a solicitor with at least 3 years' worth of claimant clinical negligence case handling experience.
Commercially aware.
Able to work as part of an existing team.
Have strong negotiation and communication skills.
Have the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
