This is a senior caretaker role - known as Premises Supervisor.

We seek a reliable, hardworking and handy Premises Supervisor to work split shifts 5 days per week in our friendly primary school.

Please note this is not a term time only role.

The term time working hours are:6:00am - 10:00am Monday to Friday

2:45pm - 6:25pm Monday to Thursday

3:00pm - 6:00pm on Fridays

The job includes being a key holder and opening up the school and locking it each evening.

There are also some cleaning duties in collaboration with cleaners from Equans, handyman duties, liaising with building maintenance personnel in regard to appliances, over seeing smart building features and the boiler.

Salary:
From £24,496.00 per year

• Wakefield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
