You will be a solicitor or legal executive joining the real estate, land and development team in a growing department.

This team has an ever increasing reputation for being part of one of the leading law firms in the house-building sector.

You will be acting on behalf of private house builders, land promoters and landowners on a varied range of high value house building projects.

Dealing with development land transactions from beginning to end along with infrastructure agreements and general site set up so it is essential you have this relevant experience.
