OTE £40k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

Due to continued success and expansion of our client's
Residential Lettings business, we have a super opportunity for a
Lettings Negotiator.This is a chanceto joina local, well-respected Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in South West London and Surrey with a vacancy at their thriving local Raynes Park branch.

The role will involve working closely with the Lettings Manager, seeking exciting new business opportunities, showing properties and agreeing contract terms, whilst ensuring that the highest professional standards are met at all times.

You will be smart, well-spoken, highly articulate, organised, personable and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Skills:
The skills required for thisLettings Negotiator(Residential Lettings)role will include:

Previous Residential Lettings experience is essential
Have a full UK driving license
ARLA beneficial
Proficient in customer care and frontline sales
A desire to be successful within a residential lettings agency
Be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Have an eye for detail and accuracy
Have a great telephone manner
Local knowledge of the Raynes Park area
Be wellpresented, ambitious and selfmotivated
