Senior Planned Surveyor

£48,151.00 per annum

37 hours per week, permanent

Based from Cardiff, CF24 1GG, agile working


The opportunity:
Linc Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our Asset Management team.

This is a key role within Linc at a time when delivery of value for money services is firmly in the spotlight.

The post holder willbe responsible for the service delivery operations and performance of planned programs, adaptations and cyclical maintenance programs.


What we need from you:

  • We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience within the social housing sector or experience in project management of a planned programs and cyclical maintenance contracts to a large and diverse property portfolio.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present and report technical information at all levels.
  • Knowledge and experience of construction health and safety, including relevant legislation and applicable processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets and provide financial forecasts on budget progress
  • Relevant qualifications and / or experience working within a construction or similar role.
  • Ability to manage multi work streams and delivery of programs and projects within time and budget
  • Previous experience of managing teams, supporting and mentoring colleagues.
