Customer Service Advocate (d/f/m)

Do you share a passion for dispatching, optimizing technician planning and creating a great customer experience? With highly effective order management you support our valued customers based in UK and Nordics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimize the planning of the Field Service Engineers to ensure fast reactivity, reduce travel times and find bundling opportunities.


Coordinate the appointments with the customers in alignment with the delivery time of the spare-parts and dispatch Field Service Engineers.

Follow-up on the execution and ensure hand-offs are properly done and with no delays.

Order Spare-parts, if required, and monitor their delivery


Escalate in time in case of disconnect in the issue resolution process or slower execution at any of the process segments.

Assiste with all queries received into the department, including those relating to Contracts and Preventative Maintenance dates.

Prioritize and track all open cases to ensure compliance with the required reaction and the resolution times.

Understand customer issues and properly document and transfer them to the Remote Service teams.

Work closely with the Service Sales team to generate potential orders for service products such as service contracts.


Identify fields of improvements and optimization and work with the different Services team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects.


YOUR PROFILE
You have an education in administration/assistance/management

You have an experience in the same function in dispatching and engineering planification within a customer care/after sales context

You have excellent communication skills, both with customers and internally within the team.

You have a first experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

You are able to work independently and to be part of a team.
