Working for one of the leading law firms in Leeds City Centre within their Employment Team this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience and is now looking for their next challenge.

This is a full and varied role providing support to Fee Earners and the team.

Some of the key duties will include:

  • Preparing documents and reports both hard and electronic for the fee earners
  • Typing of various documents
  • Managing the Fee Earners diaries, booking meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with Counsel and other legal representatives
  • Using a case management system to update the progress of each case.


You will need to have previous Secretarial experience for this role, ideally within employment/legal but other areas of professional services can be considered.

Excellent IT Skills with MS Office along with accurate typing speeds will be needed.

Someone who is able to use their own initiative to manage a busy workload but still likes working as part of a larger team to ensure targets are met would enjoy this role.
