About Our Client:
The client is a large and multi-national business based in West London.
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Checking back against documentation to solve the issues
- Managing payments and tracking them on the system
- Effective complaints handling
- Updating the system to ensure it reflects transactions accurately
- Manage refund requests and credit balances
- Deal with Customer audit requests
- Liaise with different departments to ensure a smooth and efficient outcome
- Provide a range of financial statements where needed or requested
The Successful Applicant:
- Demonstrate high levels of Customer focus and engagement
- Be an excellent verbal & written communicator
- Demonstrate excellent active listening skills
- Maintain excellent interpersonal skills
