About Our Client:

The client is a large and multi-national business based in West London.

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to

  • Checking back against documentation to solve the issues
  • Managing payments and tracking them on the system
  • Effective complaints handling
  • Updating the system to ensure it reflects transactions accurately
  • Manage refund requests and credit balances
  • Deal with Customer audit requests
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure a smooth and efficient outcome
  • Provide a range of financial statements where needed or requested
